Campsites Sector I details -- click here

Sector I of the campground is located closest to the Lodge House & Shower House. It tends to be more solitary. The roads were recently re-developed with hundreds of tons of shale / gravel -- easy driving & parking. Some great waterfront and non waterfront sites.

$15.00 / campsite per night - max. 4 people (includes children).
$5.00 / night each additional person over 4 persons.

Sector II of the campground includes mostly watefront/waterview campsites. It also includes the Community Bon-Fire area. Many of it's sites require parking on the main road and a short hike down the hillside to the river plateau. Well worth it.

Sector III of the campground is the most easily car accessible & the most popular. It has a wide variety of water front & waterview sites, many of which can park multiple vehicles. Some sites are quite large, & some quite private. Great water features.

Tipi #1 sits among heavy hemlock forest and boulders, above Abram's Creek overlooking faster waters below. Wonderful outdoor firepit and picnic table area. Cozy firepit and great congreation area inside of tipi. Easy parking. Best to sleep in tent.

Tipi #2 sits in a large forested space overlooking the creek. Very private w/adequate parking for a couple of vehicles. Wonderful outdoor firepit & picnic table area. Cozy firepit & great congreation area inside of tipi. Best to sleep in tent.

A 10x24' cabin with electricity and county water just outside (unique in these features). 2 elevated lofts and small back room kitchen. Situated near street lighting. Beautiful fire pit area surrounded by boulders.

10x18' cabin, sleeps 5 (smallest, coziest). Beautiful waterview setting on rocky hillside. Very close to Community Bon-Fire area. Awesome picnic table and fire pit area. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

12x24' waterfront cabin sits on a hilltop overlooking the widest section of Abram's Creek - at former campsite #22. Includes 2 lofts. Outdoor propane grill (20lb. tank included) and tiki torches (bring fluid). Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

This 12x24' cabin is located at old campsite #26 facing Walden's Pond -- waterfront. Sleeps up to 8 w/2 lofts. Arguably the best location of any cabin. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

This 12x28' cabin sits on old campsite #23 to the side of Tipi #2. It is the largest at the campground. It sits on a hill side & is waterview. Sleeps up to 9 & includes a separate bedroom in the back w/queen sized bed. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

This 12x24' cabin sits at old campsite #39. It has a large parking area suitable for a vehicle w/trailer in tow. Sleeps up to 8 with 2 lofts. Setting is heavy forest and green in all directions - short walk to creek. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

This Sector I, 10x20' cabin sits across from campsite #13. It has an extremely private setting on a seldom used, heavily forested winding road near the front of the campground property. Sleeps up to 5 or 6 w/2 lofts. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

This 12x24' is located on a hillside across from Cabin #1 overlooking Abram's Creek at a particlarly rugged boulder filled, fast water location. It has a moss covered boulder field to it's side and is water view. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

ARRIVES SPRING 2009. This 12x24' cabin sits on old campsite #38 in Sector III. Located close to Cabin #6, it would be ideal for 2 familes camping together. Sleeps up to 8 & with 2 lofts. Currently no electricity - bring lanterns or other sources of lighting.

ARRIVES SPRING 2009. This Sector I, 10x24' cabin sits at old campsite #13. This 2nd level master bedroom suite sleeps up to 6 and includes a private master bathroom suite with walk in closet, separate sink vanity area, and shower/commode room. It has a large picture window with great views of the creek. Very spacious.

This 2nd level private bedroom can sleep up to 4. It includes a large closet and bright sunny window. 2 bunks, each with top and bottom bedding. It has a private bath/shower in the hallway just outside of it's doorway.

This finished basement bedroom can sleep up to 4. It is located in the cooler basement area (great for summer) and warmer winter area (wood / pellet stoves going). 2 bunks, each with top and bottom bedding. Bathrooms / showers in basement.

This finished basement bedroom can sleep up to 8, shared-hostel style. It includes a queen sized bed (great for 2) and 3 bunk beds, top and bottom bunks. Bathrooms / showers in basement.

$20 per bed per night. $100 per bed per week.

Lodge House Weekly Tenants / Contractors

Weekly tenants working at the Mt. Storm Powerplant, the new Corridor-H super highway project, the Wind Turbine project, Highway, Phone Line, or Electric Line construction projects, etc. are being offered this special weekly rate. You can rent the room as private or take on as many room mates as there are beds in that room for one low weekly rate -- room-mates are at your discretion.

Please note: These rates are discounted below normal prices since contract workers offer a low impact on the Lodge House -- they work all day, often long hours, many leave on weekends, and often eat out.

Master Bedroom (#1)-- sleeps 1 to 6: $300/week total (private).
Room #2 -- sleeps 1 to 4: $200/week total (private).
Room #3 -- sleeps 1 to 4: $200/week total (private).
Room #4 -- sleeps 1 to to 8: $300/week total (private).

Firewood
$5.00 per wheel barrel load.
Please return wheel barrel to firewood pile when finished unloading.
Several piles around campground.
Foraged firewood is free.
Firewood payments on-site at Check-In / Registration Kiosk secure mailbox on the front porch of the Lodge House.

Note: Cabin and Tipi rates are all inclusive for up to the maximum number of allowed guests.
Note: Cabins and Tipi's require Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday (2 day minimum) weekend reservation.
Note: For cabin rentals, you will be given a 4-digit combination to a door lock safe to access the key.
Return cabin key to door lock safe after your stay (combination changed often).

Entire Lodge House Rental or large group events -- 33% deposit required to reserve.
(all advanced payments non-refundable if less than 10 days cancellation notice given)
